Our office is in network with several
different insurance companies, such as: Aetna,
Cigna, Delta Dental, Dentamax, HRI-Dental Health
Options, and Met Life. If you would like to see
if we are participating with a specific
insurance company contact your insurance company
and/or Human Resource Department. We also accept
Medicaid!
- Insurance Claims Filing
-As a service to our patients, our office
team files all insurance at no charge.
- Patient Responsibilities
- Regardless of insurance coverage,
patients and/or responsible parties are
responsible for the fees charged on all
services within 60 days of the date of
service
- Patients with insurance are expected to
pay all deductibles and co-payments at the
time services are rendered.
- Insurance Verification
- With proper verification of benefits, we
accept assignment of insurance benefits from
most policies.
Payment Options
We accept all major credit cards, ATM cards, cash, and personal checks.
For our patients' convenience we have arranged a payment plan through a third
party, which helps our patients receive their treatment in a timely manner.
- To facilitate treatment for our
patients, we have developed the following
financial options:
- We offer our patients a 10% discount
when fees are paid in full with in 48 hours
of scheduled appointment.
- Major Credit Cards are accepted.
